There are plenty of both simple as well as complex health issues which the man is facing due to his unhealthy lifestyle. <p>Eat whole grains, plenty of <a href="http://nutridb.com">protein, fruits and vegetables</a>. This is not to say that you cannot eat carbohydrates; just consume them in moderation. Never skip a meal. It’s best to eat several small meals a day rather than three large ones. NEVER forget breakfast.  Even if all you can do is have time for a protein shake, do it.
